International boundaries
We signed up to receive a buy one get one free airline ticket. This whole process started back in May 2013. They sent us the wrong certificates, they won't respond to emails, they won't honor the dates we pick, etc. We asked for our money back and they said we needed to submit documents that we already submitted and return a certificate we never received. They told us to put it all in writing and mail it to Returns Department, never giving us more of an address. This company is a total scam!
