I first came across pc backup when they popped up offering 4.77 for backup files. I was horrified to find my a/c debited for 118.77 I immediately rang them and they debited my a/c 114.00. I have no more business with them case closed until yesterday when my a/c was debited again of 4.77 I am furious I am only on a disability pension its terribly inconvenient and stressful when people help themselves to your money! This time I was unable to contact by phone so had to leave an email.
