On August 27th, I made a payment via Western Union to CollectPlus c/o Laurent Basler agent for a phone that was to be shipped to me from a seller Elle Buford in Canada. I find post of new phone on craiglist. Nothing come yet! I paid 270 dollars. Please Be aware to sent any payment! No collect plus in canada or US exists!:-(
