Order shipped in triplicate--aledged our fault. Called contact # in Fairland, NJ (Telebrand Customer Care, 79 Two Bridges Road, Fairland, NJ 07004) Grudgingly approved return after offering a "discount" on additional books, but no S&H. Complicated return policy to include letter, tracking numbers, return order number; postage all on us.

I am happy to report that my account has been credited in full for the two extra sets of books. I was not at all optimistic about this outcome, but am certainly pleased. Thanks for whatever background "encouragement" you provided.
