Hi, My name is (Personal Information Removed) from amagu in IMO state , my father mr (Personal Information Removed) was kidnapped and rubbed for one week, with his vehicle . after 2 moths the vehicle was seen at a police station in Nnewi, The DCO incharge was given 15 thousand naira for their effort. Now they still hide my vehicle and requesting 70,000 naira again before my vehicle is released. Please come to my rescue.
