I'm a newbie in online jobs like PTC/PTR so i have no idea which sites are legit and paying and which sites are scam. I registered as a free member in this PTC/PTR site(mailcash24.com) on June 5, 2013 due to their enticing rates. They have a minimum payout of $25,000.00. But my total earnings from reading emails and PTC ads was already $29,700.00 before i requested payout which is $25,000.00. After a few days, i followed it up. But they said that i cannot get my payout unless i upgrade which is not in their TOS. But i didn't do it. I just stopped clicking and reading their mails. Are there no authorities that can control the operations of these scammers? Aren't they being punish for what they are doing to so many people who did what has to be done to get paid by them but in the end are deprived of their hard-earned money? I wish that God's justice will be meted to them and they will all be (Inappropriate Content Removed)

Thank you!
