I was on my PC when this "free offer" popped up. I have not worked since August 2011 due to a serious accident which means I am now disabled with little money. So I thought a free gift would be lovely.
I paid £4.95 for postage and received item within days. As I check my bank details online daily, I realised that an amount of £89.99 had been taken from my account without my knowledge. After contacting my bank they explained to me that this was happening to ton's of people and asked if I had read the terms & conditions. I said I had but sadly for me I hadn't read them properly. My bank have said that they will stop any further payments to this company. I have sent letters as well as ringing the telephone number Rejuvenix has provided (0800-014-8149). But the phone number is not contactable and I have heard nothing from them regarding my letter I sent to them.
Today I received another package from teme and tried to ring them again, but the number is still not contactable.
I am hoping that you will be able to do something for me AND others that are being scammed by this company.
