Received email showing a friend of mine had forwarded -- ordered product and transaction was completed before showing price shipping etc -- tried to cancel but was informed that I could not -- sent product back and was told that it would be approx 30 days to get refund; called 3 times and was told there was a problem with crediting my account so they were going to send a check. Called today and number is not a "working number" -- shame on them!!
