By ordering a product from this company it enrolled me in a monthly billing for "TrimTrainer". You cannot cancel this online but must call a phone number. The number is not in service. The only way I found to contact them was through this website and the person answering the phone kept saying she could not find my account and requested more and more information. Finally I demanded a manager, who "found" my account in 2 seconds. I requested cancellation and credit - we'll see.

The same thing happened to me. I will try a phone number that I found on this site. I received my tablets but have since returned them without opening them as I have read a lot of complaints about them. I am still waiting for my refund. I have now been charged $9.97 for the trim trainer which I don't remember signing up for. Hopefully after I call them I will have some answers
