I made a call from a pay phone. I used my credit card. The phone rang but I never actually connected with anyone. The pay phone wouldn't have charged me for this. Even if I had connected it would have only cost $1. Where do they get $31.30?!
Update: 09/12/2013
I emailed the company and they said they would issue me a one time refund. Which is fine because I will never use this expensive service again.
