I was scamed by Swift Title and Silver Soft management, claiming to sell my time share and had a buyer.

28 September I submited paperwork and paid them $1800, and saying I would be paid on October 3, 2012...still to this day no one has answered my phone calls or emails I reported them to the FBI and I have heard nothing...because of them I have been put into a finanical hardship.

Jeffrey MacKay was the Proper Manager, Escrow Officer, he lied about everything, he wired my money to an mexican Bank. This guy should be put under the jail how he is scaming people.
Then entire timeshare industry is a scam. they give all your personal inforamtion out having these fake property managers calling you to rent your property, you pay them they scam you. So called Realtors call you to sell your property, you pay them, they scam you. There should be a law passed about this timeshare property scams.
