I purchased a new Sony camera from AJRichies on 7/28/2013 online. The next day the called my house demanding to talk with me. My wife explained I was at work and they demanded her to give her my work number. She did not.

I called them back to find out what they wanted. They wanted to confirm my billing address was the same as my shipping address. I stated that it is and showed that when I made the online order. They mumbled something I could not understand and then asked if the camera was a gift or for me. I replied, "what difference does it make". They mumbled something else and then asked if I new the battery was only a 20 minutes battery and would I like to purchase an upgrade. I said NO. They asked if I needed additional memory cards. I said NO. They said ok and told my order order was now processed and that I should receive it within 10-12 busines days.

12 business days passed so I called them asking for status. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes someone finally answered. They were very rude and brisk. They made some canned statement that the items ships within 10-12 business days and I would receive an email with the shipping tracking information. I replied that it was now over 12 business days and that I have never received any tracking information. They replied with the same canned response.

I continued to call them back a total of 8 times over a month and a half period as I still had not received the camera or tracking information. After being on hold each time for 30 minutes I received the exact same canned response as prior.

Finally on the 9th call they stated that the item may have been lost in shipping and that they could try again or refund my money. I agreed to have them try again. After a week and now camera I called them back again. This time they stated the item was lost in shipment and that they now had to order it through Amazon. They told me it would arrive in one week.

A week went by and no camera. I called them back again. Again a 30 minute wait. This time they again stated that the item had been lost in shipment and that they never stated I would revieve one in a week. They agreed to refund my money in full.

It has been over a week and I have still not receive any refund. I am presnetly on hold now for 25 minutes waiting to ask them where is my refund.

These guys are crooks. How are they even allowed to be in business like this?
