I ordered this product 9/9/2013 after reading an article about garcinia cambogia. I was told there is a trial period of 10 days, but when I called asking where my order was (I was told it would take 2-3 days and it had been 5 days later), they charge it automatically within 10 days even if i never receive the product. I said they can't do that since i have not tested the product. She hit me with the terms and conditions. I attested those conditions are void since you cannot call a trial period such unless you all them to test your product. I asked several time for a manager but she refused to let me speak with one. Then i threatened to turn them in to the attorney general. She put me on hold and said a manager would speak with me but was busy and would call me back. It has been 3 more days and a manager has not contacted me. I am not sure what to do!

- Complain to the Better Business Bureau. They finally forwarded my complaint to MGB and yesterday they refunded my money :) Hope that helps. Also, tell the bank what's going on and have them to cancel your card bc max garcinia burn will keep charging unauthorized charges to your card like they did me. They are nothing but crooks and liars and thieves.
