Over the last 1.5 years, I have been constantly charged overage fees for wireless internet service above my normal usage which results in $50 -$100 in overage fees. This is charged $10 per Gigabyte used. For the past week, I have been tracking my computer internet usage daily and will have some cold hard evidence that they are billing me for internet not used. Every month I call and complain about this and most times, they refund me the amount over the $50.00 minimum charge. This is getting very old and it is wrong to do this to me for the reason that I am grandfathered in for unlimited internet usage on my Iphone service.
