I saw a free trial offer for lift and glow pro serum on free stuff site. This company was asking for £1.99 postage and package. The person I spoke to stated that I would have to pay £3.98 as I had requested both Lift and Glow pro also lift serum pro, I did not mind this, although both product's came together.08/16/2013 order taken. 19/Aug/2013 £3.98 taken out of my account. The product arrived 30/Aug/2013. There was no info letter with this delivery only a card with various contact numbers. The person I had spoken to when ordering this free trial offer had stated that that I would use this product for two weeks and then contact customer support if I had any problems or to cancel. I was not told that from my order date which was 8/Aug/2013 is when the company would start my two week trial period. As I never received this product until well after the two week period (23days) from ordering until delivery. So I could not have stopped any monies being taken out of my bank even if I had wanted to cancel this product. On the 04/Sept/2013. £84.71p taken 17/Sept/£89.65p taken :Both amounts unauthorised Debits from my bank account.
