- Yes, a close friend of mine too had a similar job application email from the same company. But we wonder what's their motive for such an elaborate/convincing hoax? Just to get the account details?

I also received an email from this alleged company. With job hunting, I often forget the places I have applied to so when I received the email I was happy I got a reply. They sent me an application form which involved me putting my bank details. That's when the bells started ringing. I have sent a reply email demanding some contact details or an address so I can apply personally. I am yet to get an answer. But we all know I probably won't get one.
It's sad how some people prey on those genuinely trying to find a job to make a decent living. -
