This company calls me repeatedly threatening to file a restraining order against me. I have 4 hrs. to call them back. When I call the number left it goes to voice mail and says the voice mail is full but press 9 to be connected to a litigator. I press 9 and nothing happens or it hangs up. I call the number back well before 4 hours and if I get a person they say they have to connect me to a litigator then when they connect me we get disconnected. I call back and get nobody. This is the routine each time they call me. They have called my employer. I have told him it is a scam but he is aggravated that they call him. Please help to stop them so that I do not lose my job? If I have a loan with them I do not know about it. I have filed bankruptcy so if I had one with them there is a good chance they are on my list of people I filed bankruptcy on.
