This is a webhosting company lcated here http://myresellerhome.com/shared_linux.php which says that they offer 30 day money back guarantee, but after two weeks of service they removed all my filed and now, after more than two months, still ignore me over the phone and e-mail and they don't want to send my money back, even if my request was filed after 14 days of service.

I have a predefined text which I paste to them every day several times which explains everything. I removed my personal information and I kept only their bill number and ticket id which is long like the declaration of independence. The ticket is available in a print screen form located here http://pre.brt.im/MRH/scam.png

Hello, on June 25, 2013 I decided to buy the cheapest webhosting package available from MyResellerHome via invoice number #45209 paid in the same day via my PayPal account from the following PayPal account (my personal mail) and PayPal transaction ID (Transaction ID) which was a bad decision from my side, because after two weeks of service, on July 12, 2013, all my files were gone from my webhosting, a webhosting that was not public because my website was not finished, therefore the folder was password protected, therefore no public access to it. I started a Ticket to the Billing Department, with the ID #386435 on the same day, July 12, 2013. My money is not refunded yet, even if more than two months have passed since my refund request. Is the 30-day money-back guaranteeing a lie? Or Ruth Mitchell is joking with me because she told me 4 times that she will give me my money back but every time she lied. I personally like jokes but this joke expanded over 2 months period and this is not normal. So let’s all stop this nonsense and give me my money back and I will be on my way and you all will never hear from me again. Ok? Thank you. -
