on 31/7/2013 I found the website and its great offer to try the raspberry ketone tablets for a 30 day trial and all i had to do was pay £3.89 postage. I received the tablets swiftly and thought nothing more of it. I didnt receive any more emails from them. it was only when i was checking my statement later on, that they had taken out £84.95 out of my account on the 15/08/2013 and again on the 16/09/2013 without my permission. I received no indication that this was to happen. I didnt even receive the tablets which i had unbeknowingly paid for. I rang up customer services who were no help to me. Christine, the lady on the other side of the phone, said that it was all written on the website and as i didnt cancel it, they continued to take money out of my account. There was no email or any contact stating that if i wished to cancel i would have to follow these steps. She said i couldnt get a entire refund and that out of politeness i would be refunded 60% of the second payment.So basically i would get back 50.97 out of the 169.90 i had paid. I was not happy and i wantedto speak to the manager but she refused to give details. She took my number and said someone will ring back, i highly doubt they will.
