Rented a summer vacation rental with a written lease for $700 per month all utilities included and a $1000 security deposit. Never received the deposit because they said the glass top of the stove was scratched and I used a lot of electricity! What scam artists! The lease said electric included! These people are horrible.

- Denise and Pete are both amazing people to rent from. Not only did you break the stove, but you allowed an over occupancy In the apartment, lied about having other people live there, and lied about the stove when you had pictures yourself. I think you need to look in the mirror and see what the true definition of a scammer is. Just a note to the public- Eric, who put up this complaint, did not pursue anything legal, so obviously Denise and Pete were in the right. Get your facts straight.
