The game experienced some sort of glitch where the "troops" held by my account "deserted" leaving city. This happens when available food in city reaches zero. There is an "autofeed" setting that protects against this. If necessary gold, and diamonds are available in city, the system will automatically purchase additional food to keep troops fed. These criteria were met, yet troops deserted. Troops can be recovered by spending "diamonds" (purchased with credit card) I had to purchase $25.00 diamonds to reverse the error. I have communicated, provided proof of claim, yet they continue to make the reimbursement. I have made 3 different communications that they respond with rhetorical questions answered in my communications, culminating with the original automated reply of first communication. I have clearly stated I want my money refunded, as I had no reason to make a crebit card purchase other than to correct the consequences of their glitch. I do not want the "diamonds I bought returned. Additionally the number of "troops" recovered is only 80% of those lost and I have asked that those unrecovered troops also be retuned to my account.
