Thankfully I didn't send a payment because I knew it should be $14, so the $140 that showed in tiny print on the payment screen stopped me in my tracks. They do, however, have my passport details, which worries me. Despicable. Also, the address registered on this site is the address of The Daily Telegraph national newspaper, which I doubt is in any way affiliated with the scam!
