I submitted an order on 9/8 for two pairs of shoes for an upcoming marathon. I paid as instructed via paypal and the money was taken out. I then checked back about a week later on the order status, which had not been updated. I submitted an inquiry and never heard back. Now the website is down. I emailed the contact info in my order confirmation again today but I'm contacting paypal immediately to see if there's anything that can be done.
