I received a very official-looking form in the mail to confirm me as the winner of a cash awarded of 2,997,500.00 by A.B.M. I was given an issue number and asked to sign the form and mail it in to their processing dept. at PMB 410, 17625 Union TPKE, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366-1515, which I did not do. The form was signed by Ethan James and the letter was signed by Gail Gilbert.
