I joined this company before they pre-launch and I paid $1,000 as a founder they said. However, I was waiting for so many months until May 2013 and I don't see nothing happening. So I requested a cancellation form for a refund. On the cancellation form stated that they will process the refund within 10 days when they received the form. Since then, after many follow up emails and phone calls the owner David Flynn, VP of Marketing Pearl, and Manager of accounting Carol were never resolve this issue. They said the company is busy working to launching soon and will be taken care as soon as possible. That was 3 months ago and I email them every few weeks to find out the status.
I want them refund my $1,000 immediately.
