I looked at the site and noticed the free trial, started to fill out the form but cancelled it and didn't think anything more of it since I didn't actually submit the order. I didn't receive a confirmation and therefore didn't realize that the order had been placed. Imagine my surprise, then, when I receive 4 bottles in the mail and I've been charged for them! I've looked at the terms and conditions and there is no time frame for returns. I have therefore returned the bottles but have yet to receive a refund. The Terms state to email the company, which I did, however I received a quick response stating I should call customer service. That was not mentioned in the terms! I'm thoroughly unimpressed and have contacted my credit card to avoid further charges. I can guarantee I will complain until I get a refund.
