I applied for a payday loan with this company about 3 weeks ago. Today, they took out the first scheduled payment which is fine. However, I wanted to change my payment schedule to pay off the loan in 2 payments. So, when I tried to log into my account with CashNetUSA online, I was unable to. It said my email address, and password were invalid. When I used the "forgot email" link provided on the site, I was asked to enter my first, and last name, SSN, and birth date. After doing so, it took me to a screen that said my account was under a completely different email address than the one I used to sign up for the loan. In fact, it is an email address that I have not used since 2007, because it was hacked, and all of my security questions, and answers were changed so Yahoo was unable to recover the account. So, I know for A FACT that I did not used that email address to apply. I tried calling all of the numbers provided on CashNetUSA's website to talk to someone, and none of the numbers will connect. I get a pre-recorded message stating "the call can not be completed as dialed" or, it doesn't ring at all. Even when I tried calling from 6 different telephones (cell, and land line. I tried emailing them using all emails provided on the site, but received either a delivery failure message, or no response at all. The terms of my loan are outrageous as with all payday loans, but I am able to pay it off much sooner than March of 2014 which is when my last payment is scheduled. If I do not change the terms, they are going to deduct close to $275.00 a month from my pay checks, at a rate of nearly 300%.
