I do not have any idea who these people are or why they are charging my account. I have only been victimized for two months, and I intend to contact my bank about it. I do not know what the name of this company or have been able to contact them. How do I stop this scam?

This charge has recently re-appeared on my account and if it it does not cease I will contact consumer affairs.

It is no longer a problem. I wish to cancel my account.
Update: 02/21/2014
I cancelled my account. Do not charge either my bank card or my credit card. I cancelled my account on Jan 18, 2014 but my credit card was charged on Jan 27, 2014.
