I ordered the $2.95 trial. I never received an email confirmation about my order. I thought that was weird, but didn't think anything else about until 2 weeks later where they had charged me $148.95. I called them and told them that I'd never received an email confirmation about my order and that it wasn't right to advertise something for so cheap. The man told me that I can send the product back if I didn't want it. I told him that I never received the product and it's been 2 weeks. So the next day, I checks account and notice that they charged me $148.95 again. I called them irate. They refunded me the mistake the same day. I demanded a tracking number, which they refused to give me at first, but as I got more hostile with them, they gave in. I discovered through my local post office that they actually sent the product to another city, but that it should arrive at their office the next day; they'd call me when it arrived. The next day, I got a call @ 9 am from the post office informing me that the package was there. I immediately went to the post office, refused the package, and got the label number. That was on a Friday, Max Garcinia received it the followings Monday. Since then, they've been giving me the run around saying my refund is being processed, give it 3-5 business days, etc. It's been 3 weeks of this. Today they tell me that I'm not eligible because I didn't write and RMA # on the package. I told them that I never received the package; that it's there. I reported them to the BBB in Utah today. Is there anyone who has had success in getting their money back from these people? If so, please contact me on what I need to do. Thanks!
