Same as all the other complains, needed my visa in a hurry for work. Googled ESTA and clicked on the first website that came up. Looks very official and I thought everything was ok until I saw my bank statement. The 140USD is very small and easily overlooked. Can't the Internet search engines do anything?? This website looks better than the real one!!!! Grrrrr :(
