I ordered a full lace human hair wig costing $282.99. I got no confirmation email and then finding ti strange as time went by not to hear anything, when I contacted them they sent it. Only, the delivery came much later. When I opened the package there was an awful cheap front lace wig with synthetic hair and the wrong color staring back at me. Their customer service numbers are never working and the answer I finally got from my email from someone called 'Nate' (I'm sure he has a real name and that it's Chinese) told me to send photos. At the moment I don't have any apparatus to upload and anyway, all the time it will now take will make it too late for me. I had ordered the same wig previously but received a wig in the wrong color that time too. Foolish of me to try them again.
