PAUL ANDERSON OR MS MALIE FRANK FOR MY INSTRUCTION ON YOUR PAYMENT. WHERE DID THEY GET THESE CHECK? I NEVER SIGN UP FOR NO LOTTERY, HOW ARE THEY GETTING MY ADDRESS, WHAT IS GOING ON.
