I ordered an RAF flying jacket from Proviation in May 2013 however after many mails and promised supplier delivery dates I cancelled the order on the 20th September. I was told I would be refunded but that it could take 7 to 10 days allowing for bank processing at each end. This seemed a long however I stood bakc and waited. To date no refund has been forthcoming and I have had (as is often the case) no prompt response to mails I started sending last Friday to enquire when the refund was processed. Their answering machine is full also. Getting cheesed off now. can you help.
Update: 11/15/2013
Issue now fully resolved, refund received and explanation accepted. No action required and complaint can be closed
