I was given a "free" trial of their product. Upon entering my card number for the cost of shipping, they asked me to re-enter my information to receive their product monthly. I deliberately did NOT re-enter my card and merely assumed they would not send their product and charge my account. They did charge my account in August. I called the company and asked them to remove me from their customer database and refund my money and cancel the shipment. They did. I was happy until I was charged AGAIN in September. I was able to speak to a representative and have the money (pending) refunded and I will return the product if it arrives at my home. However, I find it completely unprofessional of them to charge me when I didn't authorize it in the first place and then to charge me after I requested they remove me from their database.
