I ordered the "free" trial of the diet pills. They took $148.95 out of my account before I even received them. I called immediately and told them I wanted my money put back into my account. They gave me 2 different RMA#'s on 2 different phone conversations and when the 2 bottles arrived, I mailed them back. Luckily I paid for tracking. The products arrived back on the 13th of September to the company. I called them on the 18th and asked when my refund would be processed. I was told 5 business days. I told them I would be calling back on the 26th. I waited until today, September 30th and called again. Today they informed me that the products had to be verified in their shipping/receiving dept. I said bullcrap! The products arrived back on the 13th! Brand new, unopened bottles. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I asked to speak with their billing dept. someone from accounts receivables/payables. I was told that they didn't have one. They only had customer service. I also told them I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in St George Utah. I did that right after I hung up the phone! These people are major CROOKS and should be shut down!!
