Ordered a free trial cream and serum from this company on 09/15/2013, only had to pay shipping charges of $4.95 x 2 because they put these items in different boxes,plus they added another charge of $0.15 for an international fee on both packages. On 09/28/2013 I had a charge on my bank account for $99.00 from this company. I immediatly called the company and May Waston responded that after 15 days you had to pay this amount, that the trial period was only for 15 days ( for them it actually starts the day you order).
I could get a refund of only $79 because $21 where for restocking fees. Mailing back the products at my own expense. Supposedly they would send the refund in 3 to 4 days.
