My mother died and I went online to purchase a floral spray for her funeral service. Funeralflowers.com was the website that had this beautiful Purple Heart spray for $206.22 and I ordered it and the delivery date was confirmed online. I only ever received an email confirmation but no one ever called me. I never received the flowers for my moms funeral and I called them multiple times and left at least 6 messages inquiring about the delivery status and no one ever returned my calls nor did I receive the flowers. I complained to the people who answered the phone, They claim to be "just an answering service" and they would forward my messages to the florist. I have called 3 days and left at least 5 or 6 messages. What kind of people run a site called funeral flowers and prey on people who have recently lost a loved one and take their money and do not deliver flowers? Karma.
