On 9/29/2013, I clicked on Photoshop AdobeCC, and paid $52.92.

Then I called Photoshop Adobe CC, and they told me they had no record of my purchase. I was confused. Then I looked at my bank statement, and found Softwarepros.com.

When I received the program, it had a different name: Softwarepros.com, and the program was not what I wanted, and it was far to complex for a beginner.

I couldn't contact Softwarepros.com over the weekend, but sent an email that I made an honest error, and received a program that I could not use.

They emailed that I had signed in and accepted (I thought it was Photoshop).

If this were a legitimate company with integrity and veracity, they would have refunded my money.

Also, they have no telehone number, just a customer service email.

Clicking on Photoshop and receiving a completely different program is fraudulent.

I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank, and also filing claims, and reporting this compamy to every consumer agency as being fraudulent, and dishonest.
