I ordered a laser lazerpoint.com and after I saw the best deals on other sites and the problems that people encounter on this site
It was written more than the item was sent Within 24 hours and my order was still "checking" after 4 days
so I asked by email canceling my order and I received this response:
Dear Customer,
Thanks for your Contacting.
We are sorry the service is unavailable from September 27th to October 1st, Because peolple here are 5 days HAVING National Day holiday falling on this period.
So, we are sorry your post reply May be a little bit delayed, goal we will do our best to deal with your problem ASAP
Pls feel free to contact us by October 2nd, we will continue to serve you then.

So I waited until October 2, but they do not respond to my emails and they still did not send the item
