Worst experience I have ever had. By far. I ordered the 10 day free trial. I made sure call in before the 10 days to cancel like they told me to do so I would not be charged. The man assured me that I was all set and to send the product in when it arrived. The product arrived late, as soon as I received it I sent it in. On October 1st I notice a charge of $148.95 on my account. I call in immediately and they said they still have to verify the product. I was fuming and wanted to talk to a manager or supervisor, the girl told me they were all busy so she put me on a call back list which I was never called from. I called again and spoke to a man who said the product was received but they still had to verify and it would take 24-48 hours. Again he said all the managers were busy. I then told him I was not expecting that charge and I was going to be charged an overdraft fee which he then said they would not cover. To just tell my bank to wave it. What world does he live in? Banks do not just wave fees because you ask. So now it has been about 3 days and the charge is still there. I called in now and the woman tells me the package has not arrived after the man 3 days ago told me it did but just needed to be verified. I asked for a manager but again they were all busy. I am currently in tears because these people have stolen my money and it does not seem like they plan on giving it back.
