Offtop I would like to be given a "valid" reason why "SHOE PALACE" has a "NO REFUND" policy; I've asked the associates and Ive spoke to the store manager and the only reason valid enough theyve given me is that the "company" itself has that policy and being the company has made it a policy, its a policy they must adhere to; which is NOT valid enough to validate the specific reason as to why?? Ive gone to small discount, 2nd hand, thrift type stores with the same policy, however the fact that the items being sold are used, and being sold as is is enough for me to understand and not have a problem with, and too because the items are used, theyre also "discounted" to where your not losing as far as money and being given more than a deal so theres no need to complain or want to inquire further like i do in regards to Shoe Palace. It makes me inquire about the quality of the shoes, are they high end "Knocc Offs" if the case then that explains the No Refund rule. But the manager I spoke to says theyre all authentic, ok so why the NO REFUND, there obviously is some sort of scam behind the Shoe Palace corporation and I am a very dissatisfied customer and to be told the very next day after making a $160 shoe purchase that never touched the ground and still had the receipt in tack, that I cant get a Refund is incredible and until im given a reason valid enough to make sense, Shoe palace will see a complaint from me on every complaint board there is available, starting here, and going as far up as I can, even filing a complaint with the BBB and even further than it if I can go to be given a "valid reason" because stating company policy being just it and Footlocker, Shiek, Footaction etc etc all shoe stores even larger than Shoe Palace (Local Joke) all honor refunds with reciept on unworn shoes within 30 days with no problem. So whats Shoe Palaces problem because its obvious they have one and refuse to deal with it so they dont and rob you for your money as soon as the cash goes from your hands, to theirs, and to that register. Itds wrap and im going to dig deep to find out and resolve the inquiry i have and make valid.
