Bought a Paul Smith Holdall for my husband's birthday from this company claiming to be Paul Smith outlet. Received the package and quite clearly a fake, market stall packaging and labelling. Tried to apply for refund but submit button conveniently broken and no reply to email. Was then contacted by www.sitecomplaint.com who are also apparently a scam company employed by the first company to protect them. Furious and really upset. Please help me.
