Dear Sir,
I got a call from Roozgaar Services on 06 Oct 2013. The customer care offered me services of Resume xplode at INR 7500. I was agreed for the payment of INR 7500. After the transaction of INR 7500, I received a call from Mr Rahul (Mobile no-8459078827)and he told me to click on for another services for creating reference which was showing the transaction amount INR 15,951.80 He said fill all the card details. I told that it will deduct the amount from my card. He said that he has blocked the traction from his side. So, it will not deduct amount. He said that offered services of Resume xplode will not be completed without this process. I did that process and my card has been debited by INR 15,951.80. When I said him that the amount has been debited then he told me that it was server problem, again he asked me to repeate the transaction as there was a server issue. and an amount of INR 15729.30 was being debited and also an amt of INR14774.20 was being debited. Now he is telling that he has sent mail for cancelation for the transaction. After the transaction, he told me that he has arranged a call from head office for verification and guided me to tell that I am going to avail the service. He instructed me that don’t talk about cancelation of transaction. After verification, I realized that Mr. Rahul is making me fool. He is now telling that it will take 15 days for reversing g the transaction. I have asked for VOID sleep but they are not co-operating with me.
I have already called HDFC credit card department and blocked the credit card and disputed the transaction. Please register the FIR against the ROOZGAAR Services and against Mr. Rahul.
