I have been receiving threatening voicemails, on my mother’s phone, where I do not live, saying this voicemail is confirmation of being served. When I called the company to find out what these calls and voicemails are about. I speak with Megan Lealand “supervisor” she was very rude, refused to send me a statement or voicemail. Continued to try make payment arrangements but I have no statement. She got upset because I wanted a statement and hung up the phone, I called back and spoke with Rachel Johnson “office manager” she stated was her title, I informed her about Megan she was also rude saying she will review the tapes and she doesn’t believe she was rude. They both threatened me with garnishments, court dates, fee’s that someone is looking for me right now to server me and unless I pay the 612.00 today, I was going to be served on my Job. I understand if people owe a balance but you have to provide written documentation before you can expect me to pay. And refusing an address, company information, and saying you are not on Google Search could be a scam.
