Promised rebate within 10-16 wks of application receipt. They received my application 6/4/13. I still don't have it.
Called today and they put me off again even though the last time I called on Sept. 4th I was promised a rebate by Oct. 4th. Today I was told they now have up to 18 weeks! so I still have to wait.
This is absurd. I have a copy of form I submitted. It clearly states 10-16 wks.
I just filed a complaint with Florida Atty General. I think Techzilla hope you'll just forget about it and never call back. I won't be doing that. I've seen other complaints online. Can you help me shake the money loose? I really need that rebate for medical reasons.
