Me and my girlfriend booked an all inclusive 7 day vacation to the Bahamas. We were told we were going to be staying at Atlantis resort, but once we gave them a total of $650.00 the resort changed, and they said they would contact us with flight time and dates we could go. We were never contacted and when I finally got ahold of some people they transfered me around to other who worked there. Finally after a couple of days going back and forth, we finally receive an email with all the details of flight and resort, but then they wanted an extra $1000.00. I called and said I wanted a refund and they said i could not get a refund until September 2013. So come September, we can not get ahold of them. Any info would help. Thanks.
