I purchased a 3 month supply of liveskinny diet pills on 8/5/13 for free with cost of shipping. I saw the ad with the doctor and it was being endorsed by Oprah. Well, they made me extremely sick after taking them the first time so that was the end of it for me. Then today I was looking over the charges on my credit card and found a charge for $148.00 from the same company and gave them a call to find out why I was being charged. They said I bought the pills that I bought a trial membership. That's just not true. I would have never agreed to such a thing to begin with. They never told me about any trial membership. The original charge for for the shipping for $5.00. Then there was a separate charge for $148.00 on 8/20/13. There was nothing in the mail stating I had bought a trial membership. I didn't sign anything, nothing, just a charge on my credit card for $148.00 out of the blue.

That sounds familiar see my other comment on this (Inappropriate Content Removed) company. Below is my comment to give you some info to help get your money back. you should also report them to the FTC. It is illegal to re bill someone with out a checkbox.
I had the same problem and was able to get a hold of the CEO of the company Rick Anson 208.484.3852. He was not helpful but at least you are able to try and see if it was for your issue. -
