Googled microsoft help and this site was 1st and 2nd in my search. Sid Harth came on the line and I allowed him to remotely connect. All I wanted was for him to reestablish my Microsoft account. He immediately said the computer had been hacked and showed me stopped programs circling them with red ink. I'm generally pretty saavy about stuff like that but he scared me and I just went along with it. Now I know better. There was nothing wrong with the computer. I'm going to sweat them and sweat them until I get a refund but, these people need to be stopped!!!
