Made purchase for free trial of rasberry keytone off of a facebook add with only for charge of shipping of $4.95 on 9/9/2013. Received my sample. No additional info or statement was included. On 9/25/2013 an additional to my account was made. I was totally unaware until today 10/9/2013. Contacted company they said it stated in their terms and conditions that because I did not cancel within 14 days that that gave them permission to charge full price! I was floored. I have contacted the bank and am disputing this charge as well as reporting to better business bureau.
The company later contacted me back and said they would credit my account within the next 3-7 business days. Let us see if they only credit the 4.95 or if they give me my full refund of 87.63.
