I have recieved no product, no refund and nothing but lies and deception. This company's customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I was promised that after they screwed up and lied the first time while trying to blame fed ex which was proven a lie when talking to them and fed ex that if I did not recieve order by noon on Saturday October 5th that I would recieve a full refund. They even went as far as shipping out a package and calling fed ex the next morning and told them not to deliver it. Since then I have been hung up on, They have been avoiding my phone calls and emails. Luckily for me both my state and the state of new york's recording laws allowed me to record the phone conversations with them and now I have brought everything to the bank fraud department and going to handle it through them. I WOULD ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY. I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MORE RESEARCH PRIOR TO ORDERING FROM THEM.
